Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
